Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Soura Booth application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. This is the End User License Agreement (EULA) referenced on the App Store.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA).

2. Subscriptions

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Business). Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Each plan permits a limited number of active devices; the app enforces this limit.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to capture, store, or share content you do not have the right to use.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its supporting services.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from people photographed at your events and for complying with applicable privacy and image-rights laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other content you create with the app. We do not claim ownership of your content. For details on how content is handled, see our Privacy Policy. Content shared via encrypted cloud sharing is automatically deleted after a short retention period.

5. Third-party services and hardware

The app integrates with third-party services (including Apple, Google Firebase, and Cloudflare) and supports third-party hardware such as Canon cameras and AirPrint printers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services or hardware.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captured media will be preserved against loss.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
